Thank you so much for doing this with us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?
I started my career in human resources working at a shipyard, coal mine, and then, pipeline operations. I was a generalist and was even responsible for labor relations. I grew tired of the fire fighting and wanted to get in front of problems by helping leaders and executives become more effective.
