Brief Description of: Strategic Executive Team Analysis & Development Session:
First, each executive team member has assessment feedback with their own CDR 3-D Suite interpretative reports (and sometimes with a 360 Leader Scan report as well.)
Next, we meet with key team leaders to collect pertinent information about strategic business objectives and performance.
We then convene the team for an offsite session, generally for a day, to facilitate a dynamic session analyzing and linking talent to business strategies. These sessions yield a wealth of new knowledge, connections, ideas, and tactics that are shared to formulate more meaningful and accurate plans for success.
Additionally, relationships of team members are renewed, strengthened and are able to markedly improve communication moving forward.
