CDR Assessment Group forms partnerships with select academic organizations to support universal leadership development objectives and enhance research capabilities.

One example of this cooperative relationship is between CDR and The University of Oklahoma College of Continuing Education, who have joined forces to create the powerful, invigorating and results-based Center for Executive Success™.

The Center provides a one-of-a-kind development approach to stop, reverse, and prevent negative patterns from emerging in leadership. CES combines the unique blue print for development and guided support needed to prepare leaders to leverage talent more productively.
